Publishing collaboration

These books are a What Could Should Curating Do (WCSCD) publishing collaboration with Archive Books and Sok Cooperative. Each volume in the series presents a single text, developed with contributions from WCSCD's long-term mentors and collaborators Toby Upson, Petra Pavleka, Sergio Bravo Josephson, and WCSCD founder Biljana Ciric.

The series reflects on WCSCD’s educational program methodologies, rooted in curatorial and artistic gestures—forms of writing, thinking, and practicing that open passages towards becoming a different kind of human, curator, artist. By engaging with diverse intellectual and embodied knowledges, this series seeks to create divergent citations for our work, oriented towards reciprocity.

WCSCD is an international educational program for artists and curators. Since its founding in 2018, it has operated as a testing ground and collective learning site for thinking and practicing how to institute differently, where resistance to predetermined outcomes is both a structural condition and a pedagogical commitment.
